I have booked air ticket for kolkata to guwahati journey date 26/5/18 flight no- 6E 623 indigo
booking reference AECV4D
Departure time was 6:50am
Boarding time 6:05am
But we reached at 6:15am due to heavy traffic jam but after that they didn’t allowed us to board on that flight not even helped us to arrange in another flight not even refunded a single rupee . And as this was our family trip we have to buy another ticket for guwahati via Imphal and we have faced a lot of harrasement since today morning. Please help us to get atleast some amounts of money. Please.
