Hello readers
I have purchased a Samsung 21 inch TV (ultraslim) model CS21A730. It is still under warranty, about 9 months and the sound output stopped all of a sudden. I called service center. One guy named Pravin turned up after 2 day and checked the TV and told me that the internal board (PCB) has gone. Some of the chips were not working. So he agreed that its not a fault from my side and the product was faulty. As I was under warranty, he promised that he will put a new PCB in my TV.
As of now more than 1 month is over, no response from Service center. When I call customer care, every single time they say that they are escalating this issue to highest level possible. But as of now I don’t know how they are going to replace it. I even asked for a replacement TV and they have disconnected my call saying that the part is not available in the service center.
So my humble request to any of the readers who go through this article, please don’t buy any Samsung TV. Not because the product is bad, but because the service is worst imaginable.
Also see the attachment of the screenshot which shows how long the service is pending.
regards
Suvajit
