Respected sir/ mam,
I am, mis suprriya pathari, hav purchased mblaze usb broadband connection of MTS. But since the date of purchase, I m not getting good network coverage. also not getting good speed.
Initially i complain in there customer care. they sent there technical person. he told me, there is network problem n he cant handle it. he will inform his seniors. then, i got call from company that, it will take 6 months to resolve thew problem, so we will give you refund.
but after that, they didnot contact me, and also they are not responding my call.
pls do the needful.

hey supriyya.i am facing the same problem as yours. so it would be better if you give me your contact number so that we can share our pain.I know it hurts.:(But dont worry i am there for you.we will marry and together will sue the MTS company and we will be living happily ever after with the compensation money:(
