Dear Sir’s,
I am very old user of blackberry mobiles. recently i had purchased 9320 from an authorized Blackberry sores. From the very first day, i am facing following problems
1.Call drop is very high in compare to other models.
2.Mobile get hang almost 3 times in a day.
3.voice quality is not good.
4.Needs to remove the batery/ restart very frequenly to avode hanging issue.
Only because of the above i am losing my confidence towards world leader blackberry mobiles.
Request you to pls help us to get the responce from Blackberry team.
