I was told at the time of installing Tikona wi-fi series that i can change to Prepaid services which i wanted in the first place but they said first 3 months is mandatorily post-paid and also charged me for it in advance. Later on, they removed their prepaid services and now late fee incurred is not being taken care of by them as i had no plans of post-paid service at all. Customer Care is not at all helpful and will defend all their misinformation given by sales people or other staff. Such companies should not be able to function who are minting money and have no regards for their customers. Service is not that great so there is absolutely nothing positive i can mention.
