Worst service by Micromax..

I had purchased Micromax superfore A75 on 22/08/2012 from Homeshop18. But it has stopped working from 4/10/2012 as it’s Switch key was not working. Therefore, I have given the phone on 5/10/2012 so authorised Service Station “One Stop Mobile Services”, FC-6, Thakkar Bazar, New CBS, Trimbak Road, Nashik for doing needful. The incharge person told us that, switching part is required to replace and it required 8 to 10 days to get the part.He kept phone with him and given receipt. (JobSheet No. SALMH025R526, dt. 05/10/2012). Till 20/10/2012 needful was done hence I contacted Micromax Customer Care on Phone No. 011 44770044 who registed my complaint vide No. MMH2010120584 and told me that the it require another 8 to 10 days. Now yesteday i.e. on 22/11/2012 I again contacted to Micromax wherein I have been again told to wait another 8 days. Thus already 50 days over but I have not received my mobile duly repaired. Thus I have got very bad experience of Micromax like “Nam bade aur darshan khote”. Now my request is either Company take back my mobile and give my replacement/money or till the time the mobile is with service Centre, the warrenty may be extended for that period. Please help me if anybody can.
