Worst Service and No proper response to customer

Name of company/service: Reliance super market

My and my wife went to purchase monthly house products two days back.

We purchased for 6500 Rs.When we came to billing counter the billing boy informed us we give home delivery next day morning.I told ok fine just paid amount and went off.Two days went off still I didn’t the items from Reliance.I called them they told we will call after verifying.No calls from them.Today I went to the Reliance market and asked them they gave us just a reply saying sorry tomorrow we will deliver the products.I told them refund the money back I don’t want any of your products.They just gave back the money.

Worst customer service.This is my last and first to enter the Reliance to buy the products.
