Guys, if you are transporting your two wheeler / any parcels through KPN; think twice before you do. on 31/10/15 i went to kpn chromepet to send my two wheeler to bangalore – but i ended up waiting more than 1 hour to get a response that they are not able to book the parcel due to some technical difficulties. But, still I was patient enough to take my vehicle to KPN, tambaram branch, were I was told they cannot take the vehicle. Out of anxiety i told the cashier, that I was waiting at chromepet for an hour and then came here politely – but he replied me very rudely “I cannot take your vehicle”. I seriously got pissed off by the service they provided. There are hell a lot of good transport services, please consider them to.. In my opinion, if this the service they are providing I am not sure how carefully they will handle the packages that we send.. I not going to KPN any more under any circumstances.. Worst service ever.
