Worst Response from Honda

Hi

I got a call from Orange Honda Mr. Ravi Prakash and Mr. Sanjeev to find out about the complaint, Basically there is no problem with service center/dealer. I have raised the complaint from the day one for asking why the vehicle will come for bore for 42000 KM. If I give my vehicle time to time servicing too (I can produce the bills which I am maintaining) and also when I bought my vehicle at that time there is no extended warranty.

Earlier I have maintained Splendor and Passion plus between year 2000 – 2007, it turned nearly 75000KM each vehicle it never comes bore. I am keep on sending e-mails, faxes Honda never responded. I never had this kind of response from any one of the top level companies in my career. I am keep on sending e-mails from past 4 months. I never got response from Honda. I completely disappointed on the service part of Honda. I have spent Rs. 10000/- for bore within 4years, who is the responsible for this. When I spoke to Mr. Sachin he has suggested me that where you are giving the vehicle for regular servicing, they can give some discount, but that is not the case the way he talks also not yet all good..

I have collected my vehicle from Orange Honda and paid Rs. 10025 towards the Engine bore complete kit. But I didn’t get any response from Honda Motor Cycle which I have sent below mail and also sent fax too more than five times from 3Dec onwards. Here with I am attaching fax copy proofs for your reference, I am completely disappointed on the service of Honda the way they will respond the customers. May be you will have more demand but this is not the way of doing not to reply or calling to the customers and explain the same.

As discussed with Mr. Sachin Jain of south region service engineer, he is accepting that if we give time to time servicing also the vehicle will come for bore. I have complete record of bill from the day one I purchased my vehicle, which I have given serving to Prathul Honda. Within two times only I have given to Autofin Honda. I never given my vehicle for outside servicing. With my previous vehicles Hero Honda it never come for bore within 43000KM. If you are not going to respond I will go to consumer court too. When i bought my vehicle at the time there is no Engine Extended warranty too. Otherwise I would have taken the same.

As discussed with Mr. Sachin Jain of South Regional sales. He is accepting that if I give my vehicle for servicing time to time also vehicle will come for bore. I never expected this kind of answer from him. He is asking me that have u taken extended warranty. When I bought my vehicle this facility was not there or they didn’t suggest me. I am very disappointed the service part of HONDA.

I am trying to give online complaint through website is not working past 15days and also when I am calling always the lines are busy or going to voice mail.

Now my vehicle was at Orange Honda which was given for the same.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that, I use to give my vehicle for servicing regularly to Pratul Honda Somajiguda past 4 years. Recently I have gone to their office due to in the engine little bit sound is coming. I came to know that my vehicle has come for bore as advised by the service engineer and also told that need to spend Rs. 9000 – 10000 as told by the mechanic. then i have gone to Orange honda which is at tholichowki they also told the same. Now my vehicle turned 42200 KM since 2007 and also giving regular servicing at somajiguda, you can see the history by put my registration no too. Is it genuine for 42000KM vehicle will come for bore, because I have Hero Honda Passion plus earlier It crossed more than 55000KM & Splendor 80000 KM it didn’t come for bore. Due to that I am sending this e-mail and also i don’t remember that i have taken engine extend warranty or not. Could you please let me know is it genuine this much of amount to be spend for engine includes clutch plates and piston and all

Now my vehicle has given for servicing to Orange Honda on 13th Dec 2011, they have given estimation Rs. 10000/- still my vehicle was there itself. I am keep on calling Honda company past 2weeks always the line is busy or it goes to voice mail. I have sent fax to many times no one is responded to my fax. I completely disappointed on this.
