Hi,

I have a problem with my LG washing machine since 6 months. I have raised 5 complaints for it but the problem is not resolved yet. Thrice the LG executives have visited my place and said there is a problem with PCB but no one cared to resolve it. This product is under AMC, but the issue is not resolved since 6 months. Can you please look into it and take some action against them.
