Such a poor services are this… when we are calling customer care, manner-less people without etiquette, I am on roaming my outgoing and incoming facility is barred, when i am calling 198 i got reply you dint replied the verification call, what a bullshit if i dint receive any, when i asked for call records that Customer Service exe has disconnected the call.. even after this amount of 399/- is deducted from my account for my blackberry services… such a poor service is this… I donate that 399/- rs to this airtel, kisi ko daan kr diye… not interested anymore to use airtel… bakwas…
