This is in regard to the order reference LM22071297016 which is a comic book which I had ordered for my nephew.
After loking at timeline for delivery I Ordered my Product,When The due date arrived I had a call with their customer service executive
who told me that the order was still being procurred..and delivery was not possible …which was really supprizing…
After numerous mails and calls to them I was not given any concrete response regarding delay in procurement and delivery.
When I decide to take the matter further up with their manager,they gave a me new time line and kept routing calls to each other instead.
Every Day I was made to talk to new person who claimed to have resolve the problem and next day would not be there.
The other interesting part is their site www.lankmarkonthenet.com still shows old time line.Even This was brought to their notice but they seem to pay no heed to it.
I dont have any response whether order is going to be shipped or not,whether my money is going to be refunded or not…
I am clueless as to how to proceed on this as this has been nothing short of a nightmare for me…
Please Help..
