Hi Team, I got really frustrated by the internet services provided by MTNL. From starting , so many times I have complaint that my net connection is not working properly. Every time, these people don’t respond to my call and even if they respond, they give some complaint-id, on which no actions have been taken, one example of that :- 64700859150712. Just because of that my office work is getting delayed daily. I could not complete routine tasks. Some times they give me some stupid reasons such as I did not put my receiver properly etc. Every month, I paid 800/- amount on that, instead I don’t get reliable connectivity. My consumer number is 2053339871.
Appreciate your team to look into this issue ASAP and resolve without any further delay.
