Worst internet service

I purchased net xpress broadband 4 month ago and first few days I had somewhat good service and then it was time to recharge my internet and I did not find any option to do that I tried calling the customer service and no one picks up my call not even now.I have made a minimum of 5000 calls not a single call was answered I tried to send a mail and no reply what so ever after 2 month of struggle one of my friend helped me with recharging from their portal.I got my connection back but the service is so awful that it’s next to nothing. Everyday the network is totally down whole night and till morning 9 or 10. Weekends the net is not at all working. I was told that the connection will be a 2 Mbps connection and I will be charged rs 699 when I recharged online I was forced by the portal to pay 1139 I don’t know why. I rely on internet to complete my office work but I am not at all able to use the net. The line was told to be 2 Mbps and its not even 1 Mbps when I checked when ever I call the customer care number no one picks up my call when ever I have any issue with the net I have to sit and wait for hrs for it to be fixed automatically as I can’t call anyone. I m even trying to cancel my connection but I can’t as no way to reach the customer care.

Please advice how can I escalate the case
