I booked elite i20 asta diesel pristine blue colour on 23Aug2014 from dealer Sai swarna hyundai in Vijayawada . I paid booking amt of 10000 and they gave me receipt and booking id no. C2014080012 . It was more than a month till now and no confirmation was given by the dealer and booking executive. Today when I asked them seriously , the showroom sales manager Bhoopathi was telling that company as a whole stopped blue colour production and was telling that they forgot to tell me this news all these days. His manner of talking and body language is very ridiculous. I am a branch manager in a reputed govt bank and they don’t have min sense of how to talk to customers. I am really vexed with this dealer response and that exe Bhoopathi behaviour . After more than one month waiting , I faced with this worst and pathetic response from Bhoopathi . If you can do something about this issue , kindly do the needful. Other wise I decided to cancel my booking and lodge a case in consumer forum.
My booking executive told he will deliver my car by dussera festival which is auspicious for my wife. Now nobody in that show room is bothered to respond to their commitment.
