Worst Customer Support

Name of company/service: Vodafone

Dear Sir,

I’m a vodafone customer, i lost my sim at last month and i got a duplicate sim at vodafone mini store ramapuram, chennai. that store person told that sim automatically activated after one hour till now there is no proper respone from vodafone customer care side. and i wrote lot of mails and phone call but, result 0 what can i do next…….
