Name of company/service: Rediff shopping
My order through Rediff shopping was 7053985 dated 16-04-2012. I have orderd for four 8GB PNY make pen drive. After receiving the product i found 2(tow) out of four is bad(pen drive is not showing in my computer). I am using windows 7 pro operating system. Number of times i called their service Engg. and rediff customer care but all my efforts are in vain.
Please advice me what to do or should i go to consumer forum for a legal action??
