Worst Customer Service and Repairs

Name of company/service: Lloyd

Worst customer service, poor quality. I bought this A.C of Lloyd and believe me this is the worst A.C I have ever used. The main thing is customer service after sales which is very pathetic. The service head of Punjab is so arrogant kind of guy who even don’t know how to talk with the customers. Instead of so many repairs that we have paid many times for gas fillings as well as visiting charges for mechanics still there is no cooling that we expect from LLOYD A.C’s.

Wont recommend this A.C. better buy a normal Fan instead of buying Lloyd A.C..

In these 3 years, there were more than 10 times visit by technicians and after so many repeated requests, reminders to Mr. Davinder Singh, senior technician was sent to us for 3 times in this year and they changed the compressor. After the change of compressor previous month, there has been more than 3 more visits and still our A.C is not working. The same has been notified to Mr. Davinder Singh (service Head) but no action has been taken yet instead of so many phone calls and emails. Moreover, the technicians that were sent by Mr. Davinder Singh charged us visiting fees but no bill for the same had never given to us. During the change of compressor we paid around Rs.1500 and that bill was given with a lot of difficulty.

We have called their call center too many times and there was very poor response, behavior was very bad, vulgar language was used by one of call center executive and the same has been reported to their National Head but no action has been taken by them.

We are harrassed by the executives of lloyd and Lloyd is responsible for the same.
