I had registered a complaint on 19th of June,2013 as my Internet stopped working and since then I have been sending mails daily, calling customer care and also visited the airtel customer service office as well, but so far they have done nothing to fix my Internet issue. Every time I contact them they say it will be resolved by next day but they haven’t done anything to fix the issue. They don’t even respond to the mail. Only upon calling or visiting the airtel office they inform so but in the end they don’t do any needful. It has been 11 days now since I informed them about it. What a pathetic customer care service from airtel. Please suggest how to escalate this harrasment to the highest level so that others shouldn’t get such treatment from airtel
