On 1st May 2013 i had bring Reconnect 39″ LED… that was a defected pis… So for regarding replacement Reconnect LED i was suffer like any thing…. finally on 8th may 2013 i got conformation for replacement LED.
today 11th may 2013 i was visit at Reliance digital for exchange Reconnect LED with Samsung LED….. almost process were completed…
Then D.M. ( Mr. Anubhav Singh ) of Reliance digital, he came to me regarding selection of LED for exchange…. He said – you have to chose product equal price value of your bill or more then bill amount.
then we had to much bargaining… then Mr. Anubhav Singh react so rude with me.. he talk beyond the language…..
He knows that my LED bill and loan process already successfully Canceled. Even then he challenged me that your LED not gone exchange, you will not get refund of your down payment.
