i had ordered a mini sewing machine online on rediff shopping and had one year replacement warrenty and when i contacted them they just told me to send it back.. once i sent i didnt get any acknowledgement nor i got the replaced item which they promised to deliver within 7 to 10 days.. i even wrote them 3 mails regarding it and have got no reply.
one of the most disgusting online service provider..
