Worst Customer Care Service of Tata Docomo

Location/place: Ahmedabad

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

I have been e-mailing since last 4 days to [email protected] the customer care of Tata Docomo for the change of address, but they are not receiving the e-mail. I have copied the e-mail to my brother and my second e-mail id which are received. The customer care is harassing me and as this is my last day in this house, I do not know what will happen tomorrow ?

    Welcome to the club of those dissatisfied customers of Tata Internet services. I am in Navi Mumbai and there is not much of a difference. Absolutely rotten and lousy.
