For Order Number YBH1660377, I was not satisfied with the product, hence had asked for reverse pickup of product as per Yebhi policy.
Even after more than one month of request and continuous reminders, reverse pickup has not been done.
Customer care only phones and ask whether reverse pickup has been done or not, when I say it is not done, I get a standard reply that it will be done in two working days. This is going on for last one month.
WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE.
