I bought car insurance from these guys online. It took them 3 months to deliver me the policy. You can imagine their service. What was worse that theie customer service dont care , their ceo also dont care .
Accidently my daughter in law booked her car insurance too from them as she was not aware of their worldclass services… Alas, she is also waiting for her insurance policy since last 2 months… her cover note expired 1.5 months ago and she is running risk of driving without policy despite making payment 2 months back. She has also sent more than 2 dozens of emails but either response is inadequate or no response is there at all..
Really wonder the ethos and pathos of the whole management to treat customers like this… pls avoid this company
