Have shifted from a BB to HTC two months back,bought my self a HTC sensation Z710e.
My phone has gone to the service center 3 times now,and is back with out my problem being rectified.
1st time:had a defected screen.(returned in 12 days)
2nd time:from the time i got a software update for ICS,my phone just hangs.was returned back with out solving the problem in 8 days.
3rd time:after speaking to the costumer care was advised to give my phone back to the service center.got my phone back to know that the problem still exists.this time 8 days again.
Never buy a HTC,my money Down the drain,phone is being used as a paper weight.
Planning to buy a new phone a BB or Samsung.
