Worst communication . Fraud , taking money but not giving sufficient internet speed .

I’d purchased Reliance 3g 7.2mbps netconnect . In the beginning it gave me good speed at 2-3 mbps but after 1 month , its giving only 20 kbps speed not more than that . When i bought expensive plan for internet speed , they took the money but not gave the speed for which i’ve taken expensive plan and now they are saying that because of bad weather (rainfall) i am not getting speed , but i know the truth . They give good speed only at the beginning . When i said this to the shopkeeper from which i’ve purchased , he said to me that call to reliance customer care . I tried making the call 20-30 times but no one was answering . By chance they picked up the call , but when i tried to call the customer care representative , they said that i have insufficient balance . Now , also they are not giving speed . Open your eyes people , reliance is a big fraud , don’t buy any product of reliance , they are thieves , making false promises . My netconnect no. is 9691083818
