This is Subhasish Ganguly, I’ve purchased a LG Refrigerator almost 5 yrs back and foubnd some sudden problem last year in its cooling part. I called up their engineer through customer Care and the engineer changed some parts and sold an extended gurantee of 2 yrs to me by committing to change few more defective parts in his next visit. after that its almost 9 months I keep on calling their different numbers, cutomer care, service centers but no body is responding on my calls. Even every time when I longed a complain to their customer care department, they use to note my complain and provided a complain no. too but nothing happened after that and they use to update by themselves at their e3nd that the complain got resolved even without visiting me.
I go fade up on such service quality , my problem is still persist and I gather almost 5 different complain nos as given by them every time and now wan to file a case against them.
Kindly help me out to get a solution ASAP.
