Name of company/service: Tata Sky
I am a customer of “Tata Sky” since last 4 years, as my system showing error 02 from 31.10.2012 I have registered a complain to company by calling at customer care, still their was no action taken to solve the problem. Instant they were saying that the problem was solved that complain was taken back by me.
Please help me to over coming the problem as T.V is the best entertainment source for middle class persons.
Also to solve these kind of fake promises which company make while selling the product – Is ko Laga Dala To Life Jingalala.
