Worse Customer Service Ever

Location/place: Hyderabad

Name of company/service: Airtel DTH

Bought a Airtel DTH (HD)connection in the month of January 2013.

Till date the setup box has been changed for 5 months. This is just with in a gap of 4 months. Now the new replaced one is also dead and when we complained to the customer care the response is that they don’t have the stock and need to wait for 4 to 5 days to replace.

Also the way they spoke to the customers is very rude and I am considering the option of moving to consumer count.
