Airtel has all the uneducated cust service team who dont even know how to treaf their customers. We asked for supervisor as supervisors are more matured and polite but in airtel its opposite. Also they are the thieves in telecom industry. They will give cheaper offer but then the bill will be too high. After 7 years i realised i was a fool to be with them. Thankfully i have made up my mind to port out after my converstaions with couple of supervisors. They dont trust the customers and they disrespect them. Finally i dont want my BP to be high talking to you so i am leaving you after wasting too much money.
