1) I have purchased a laptop of SAMSUNG NP540U3C-A01IN with SR. NO. J9VM91DCBOO254X from snapdeal dated 28th feb 2013(invoice no.626AB0/12-13/10452) and its under warranty.
2) At the time of purchase along with normal warranty snapdeal has provided with 3 months of extended warranty, photo copy is available with bill.
3) On 19th of oct 2013 my laptop went in to automatic repair loop and I have given a complaint at customer care centre (complaint no. 8451702355)
As per talk with customer service centre I have handed over my laptop to your authorized service centre i.e. Arya electronics (who is one of the worst person to talk in service industry). Who sent my laptop to pune service centre (after a long follow up and continuous calling to customer care centre). The person who is handing the job at is Mr. sandip who is more worse than the latur one.
After a several enquiries (for which I have all call details recorded with me how they abused me and given irresponsible answers)
1. Arya electronics
2. Mr.sandip from pune service centre
3. Samsung customer care centre
I have received unmatched answers from all three.
The laptop is not returned to me in good condition in warranty period for no failure on my part.
I have faced day to day complications and hardship in my business which is the only mode of my earning my livelihood
After almost one and a half month from date of complaint registered and that was with a brutal replies from company and a long follow up, laptop was returned on 2nd of dec 2013 and that was in fully damaged by service centre(pics attached with it). And as contact on phone with customer care and service centre (I have a call recorded) they agree that there was problem from their side and in a week they will resolve it and replace the entire part.
Since till date neither acceptable answers nor the solution was provided by your customer care and service centre.
