Worng Delivery of Product

Dear Sir,

I am order 7C Edge (Dual sim) Tablate
Invoice Date 15-Feb-2015
Order ID-PMA8808 courier-FEDEX
But I got wrong delivery of order that was 7CZ IMEI No.911300151408665. I also complain on callcenter and interact with Vikram Jeet dated 19/02/2015. Vikram Jeet given me a Complain No.0219N864060 and told me he resolve this issue within 24 hours, but till now I am not got solution.

Kindly resolve ASAP.
