Sir/Madam,
I’ve recharged my airtel no. 9163017297 with RC 9 on 09.03.2013 at 11:30am which provides 30mins of 3G surfing/downloading.
But after recharge when I connect I’m getting 2G speed instade of 3G,though I’m in 3G network. Airtel 3G network is very good here.
Not only that,my main balance was also deducted due to this problem. 3G balance remained same as 30min. Though I contact the customer care representatives a lot,they also failed to solve.My email id is [email protected] & my alternative contact no is 8902786437.
