I am Bijan Kumar Das, resident of Bolpur, West Bengal. I have a connection of Aircel prepaid, and yesterday I have recharged 37 rate cutter valid for 180 days.
Aircel gives information regarding any recharge by sending a free sms to 12121 by writing MRP and the amount. For instance “MRP 37” to 12121.
So I did this and the information I got for Rs 37 was “On-Net @1.2p/3sec, Off-Net @1.2p/2sec. STD @1.5p/sec. 1st min of the day chargeable @1p/sec. Tariff validity of the PVs is 180 days. Only Easy Recharge Available.”
But Sir they are charging 1.2 paisa/second in the first minute not according what they said as 1paisa/sec. This is my complaint.
When I contacted the customer care in the number 9851012345 for west bengal and the person said me that the tariff is 1.2paisa/sec. Sir please help me to keep our system clean and sound.
