According to the recent servey we got the details about the work culter followed in Vernalis System – AMBIT IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai.
The women employees are made to work more than 9 hours. The Vernalis System doesn’t have a proper work timing. The employess log-in by 10:30 AM and are allowed to log-out only after 8:30 PM. This marks a total of more than 9 working hours a day (excluding lunch break & Coffee break).
The Vernalis System doesn’t even provide cab facility to the employees, not even to the women employess who leave work after 8 PM.
According to the LAW the female employees who leave work after 8 PM must be arranged with transportation facility by the company.
