without request processed lot of un wanted pack

sir,
since i am using idea sim from more then 12 year, i never been treated like this. 3 month before i transfer to rajnandgaon (chatisgard) 8225068790 this my new sim, without my request they processed unn wanted pack, more then 300 rupees they been charged for some devotional alert pack,jokes,lots of more then 7 pack. from 3 or 4 days i talking with costumer care to give me some solution, because i cant charge my sim, if i charge it will been cut for some more pack just using it for incoming call. so please give me a solution
