Name of company/service: Idea celluar network
I using idea celluar network and many times they activate the different service without my permission and many times i deactivated it,and my balance is reduced .so,i am very tensed .they says you have activated that service.this is not true.now,27,sep,2010-they again activate masti service on my mobile number 9887188694.when i did complain at 28-sep-2010 1st time to idea customer care so they said they did process to deactive this service but Balance reduced on my idea account. then again i did complain to customer care again they said they did process to deactive this service but balance reduced . I had complain number of my complain to idea customer .
they says , 27-sep,07:33:41 par service activate ki gayi ha.but itis not true.they cheated me.
so what should i have to do ?
