Without itimation Disconnect the conncetion

Name of company/service: Vodafone

Dear sir
My no is disconnect without intimation some days after we went to
vodafore store in cp he says that , i have no blank sim so plj you come
after 15 to 20 days . when i again went he saying that this no is not
activated . after that we connect in vaishali mini vodafone store,he was
saying that wesend the mail and ur no is activated after 24 to 72 hours
,he saying that you came after 15 days .when i went after 15 days he saying****
that you plj submit ur id proof and one snap , come after 30 days . And this process doing 3 to 4 months.
But i was no get any postive respone from Mr Sudhanshu in mini store****
in vaishali Sec 4.
So plj check and do the needfull to me , this is my humble request to u
