Without giving the proper internet service and acceesibility asking to pay the bills

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Reliance

There was lot of complaint raised on not getting the internet service. But their customer case officers are least bothered about that and even i said them i m not going to pay the bill if problem got resolved. These was tracked more than 3 months and I pay the bills without having any internet access. And i asked them to cancel my service but that also not.After 2 months they came with 2000 Rs bill and asking me to pay that. Harassing by legal action.
