Within One Year Struck with 3 time with Complaints

I have bought a Samsung Mobile Named S3500. With in one year itself i have given 3 time to service center for filp related issue, and getting switched off. Request the concern authority to give an advice what to do to get the mobile replaced or to get back my money. Now am not using the the Mobile my number is 9946123581 and 9809199254([email protected])
