I bought this product from WickedLeak. Org by pre order. I was amazed by the phone features. FULL HD, 12 mega pixel. They didn’t have any service centres. But promised home pick up in case of service problems. They also had COD facility. And a one year warranty. Over all I was impressed. But within 15 days of using the product, it’s battery stopped charging. I contacted the service number, who asked me to email my problem. I realised that there are no customer service representative. We have to send email and then pray that they will respond. They advise me to send the product to Mumbai for repair within 48 hrs. They said according to their rules, courier charges won’t be refunded. 500/-down the drain. 200 for sending. 300 for compulsory insurance. Still I sent it. For 20 days my problem wasn’t attended to. They said my charging ic was broken because of physical damage. I argued that the phone never fell. And even if it did, the charging ic shouldn’t break like that. It’s like saying dont even shake your mobile, charging ic will break. But they didn’t accept. They said my warranty can’t be used. And that I have to pay 1500/-. Finally they again made me wait for 5 days before giving me the link to pay for repair. Which showed a bill of 1700/-.
So far their false promises are as follows
1)no cash on delivery
2)no home pick up for service
3)no refund of courier
4)no service center. ( they said 4 service centres were there in Mumbai. They were actuality DTDC offices!! )
5)Fragile model
6)No warranty. All problems will be due to physical damage according to them.
