Dear Sir,
On 18th June 2012, I have made the payment to You Broadband & Cable India Ltd. for Rs. 6,518.00 ( Rs. Six Thousand Five Hundred & Eighteen Only) for the upgrade of the connectivity to 512 KBPS for 12 months & in addition to this they have also committed us to give Wifi router free in 7 to 8 working days. They have not yet given the Wifi router and also have not installed the same at our place. When we ask for the refund of our money they denied to pay us that.
We have done the payment towards subscription based on the commitment in writing by their representative who visited our place to collect Payment for installing Wifi modem in 7 to 8 days from the date of our subscription i.e. 18/06/2012. By making false commitment,
They lured us to make the subscription, however, in spite of repeated follow up they failed to install and provide the services in time till today. This has affected our mail communication as well as our online share trading activity. We therefore pray that the company be directed to refund our subscription amount with interest and also pay appropriate compensation towards the inconvenience caused in this regard.
