I have bought Refrigerator in Aug-17 and it got defected 3 times in 2 months, 3rd time 4 times technician and was not able to ascertain the problem, since last month company is saying we will replace your refrigerator and i getting false commitments, even company people mis-behaves during call and no response. I am suffering even investing amount in new refrigerator, now they are pressurizing to withdraw the complaint.
If company like Whirlpool is plundering in 2 months than what will happen later because they are selling with warranty of 10 years, in that situation customer will cry and die but no one will listen later.
