Whirlpool AC not Serviced Properly

Bought A whirlpool AC on 28/06/2009. AC was not working properly in April, less cooling, so directly contacted authorized service center(A.K. Sales, 27D/E Clive Road Allahabad)they sent their engineer who took the AC with him and later on returned it on 11/04/2012, doing service and charged Rs. 2245 (Gas Charge 1850 + Labor Charge 395). But still the AC was not working so after many complains in May, a person from service center came and took the stabilizer with him saying its the problem was with it and we can directly run AC. But again it was not running properly so even after about 10-15 calls directly made to service center we go no good response, each time they said they don’t have the vehicle to carry the AC with them and when I went personally to them on 23rd June they told I need to register a complaint in Whirlpool Customer Care. (Why this was not told earlier ??) Anyhow I registered the complain that day itself, with complaint SR number LKO612014675. In call it was told a service engineer(Mr Ajeet Kumar) will visit me in 24 Hrs but he never came even after 5 days of continuous calls with service center and customer care, finally on 6th day he took the AC with him and told it will be returned back within 1 week. 3 weeks have gone and still no update on the AC, each time I call customer care it is being said it will be delivered to your house by the evening. Even no escalation matrix is present in the organization to look into the matter.

Request serious action against the company and the service center. We have been mentally harassed by the service center by not listening to our complaints.
