MY NAME IS yoginandha i purchased hp laptop from reliance digital store with 2 years warrenty extra along with 1year company warrenty.My warrenty last date is 14-01-2019. Their is lcd problem with laptop so i directly went to reliance resq and give my laptop after 2 days on 10/01/2019. I regestered complaint by calling customer car.i got message that my complaint is registered on same day.After 10days 20/01/2019.i got call from resq plan office they said your warrenty cannot be claimed because we dont consider hardware which has to be replaced because you should register 10 days before last date. They said we only do mother board issues and ask me to collect my laptop.
Is this a fair thing of company is treating with warrenty.At the time of purchising they said all is cover.i call to customer care also their is no use of it they said we cannot consider issue.
