On Date 02-07-2012 i Had Purchased a Symphony Cooler DIET 22E from Applaicance Gallary , Sector 22, Chandigarh. On the same day it was found that the Wheels of the So called cooler was missing, On visiting the Dealer he said the same woud be given to you within 2 Days of time. But the same has not been supplied yet and is asking for more time. Even i spoke to Mr Pankaj , Area Sales Manager, Symphony Limited, He says that there is no roll of his in the same and cannot help me in this matter. I also had written an email to the company reagding this issue but there was no response from the company side (11-07-2012) Kindly lodge a complaint and help me in this issue
