Name of company/service: reliance

Reliance has launched whatsapp plan for 16/- rs. I recently activated that plan.I started using whatsapp by turning on mobile network.after a while I noticed that reliance is charging from my main balance.if this is all than what’s the meaning of whatsapp plan.I approach reliance to solve this problem or either give me a refund.I’m currently using a android device.my contact no.is 7303882778, and request to reliance not to launch such fake plans.

    Hi,

    i have been trying to stop this disgusting whataspp pack of 16 rupees from 4 months now and i guess reliance have turned a deaf ear to all my complaints to the customer support .

    Please stop this pack it is causing so much of irritation as i need to call up customer care every month and still it dosen’t get de-activated also every month i am loosing my money .

    Will some respond to this problem please?
