Week network but operater says my problms solves as soon as posible

I have used to idea network. But idea network here very week. I was compaint to idea operater. But his says my problam solved as soon as possible. Its network very poor strength of signal hole of the jammu and kashmir….! I want all the network of idea in jammu and kashmir is close. e.g same as aircel network. So i want a new strong stength network in my state. Kindly provide the network as soon as possible. Or update the idea network in jammu.
