Webcam Problem

Hello, I am Parikshit from assam , Guwahati. I am here to register a complain on irresponse on my request. My HP Laptops webcam is not working and I showed it to one of my nearby HP service centre. They told that my camera has got damaged and they will replace it in about 4 days as it is within the warranty period. But it is about 2 weeks gone and i got no response forom them. Plz do reswponse….
