With due honour i beg to inform you that I am Surojit kr Gupta,residing at Dhanbagan,Ghatakpara,Monirampore,Barrackpore,Kolkata – 700120.My cable operator’s (name BUTAN) behavier is very rude to us & do not give the proper service.If i go there for enquiery about some problem,he can not co-operate with us.Beside this still he don’t give any set top box to me even i submitted the all documents in september,for that we can’t see the all channels which he committed earlier,after that the operator claim the monthly rent rs 120,which is very much at present.If i go for the quairy,he
threat me and disconnect us.
So i am requesting you please over come our problem & do the necessary steps as soon as possible.
